ROCKFORD (WREX) - Three people are wanted for not complying with sex offender registration requirements.
The Rockford Police Department worked with Illinois State Police to check up on 97 convicted sex offenders. Of those, arrest warrants were issued for Carl E. White, Jr., 31; Clark S. Wilson, 46; and Dennis Walker, 48 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
