
Lt. Bret Travis MillerTROY, WI (WREX) - A U.S. Navy instructor pilot from Wisconsin has gone missiong off the Texas coast.
Lt. Bret Travis Miller, of East Troy, WI, has been missing since Wednesday when his plane disappeared. Lt. John Joseph Houston, 29, of Houston, TX, is also missing.
Both men are instructors with Training Squadron 28 at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi.
The search effort for the men resumed Friday morning.
Naval Air Station Corpus Christi lost contact with the Navy T-34C Turbomentor training plane Wednesday afternoon. The single-engine plane's last known location was near San Jose Island, east of Rockport and 2 miles offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.
East Troy is located northeast of Janesville.
