MACHESNEY PARK (WREX) - A Machesney Park dentist loses his practice for at least six months.
Dr. Kenneth Lutsch was punished for non-compliance of a previous order.
The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation had pulled his dental and controlled substance licenses after he was accused of inhaling nitrous oxide prior to treating patients.
Dr. Lutsch's licenses are now suspended indefinitely, with a minimum of six months.
The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department had previously arrested Lutsch on charges he gave nitrous oxide to a woman to get her intoxicated, but those charges were eventually dropped.
