OGLE COUNTY (WREX) - Cook County investigators look into the case of a Chicago man already charged with sexual assaulting children in Ogle County.
Cook County says Chad Rand isn't charged there, but Ogle County says he is being investigated.
The 24 year old already faces charges in Ogle for allegedly motlesting two boys, both under the age of 13. Rand faces three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. If found guilty Rand could spend the rest of his life in prison.
