DEKALB - A Rockford man faces two counts of First Degree Murder for a 2005 killing in rural Kirkland. Frank Riccardi was beaten to death. His father, Frank Sr., tells 13 News, "It reopens everything. Everything is brand new again, so it's like he died a second time. He was killed a second time."
