ROCKFORD (WREX) - One person was hurt in a morning house fire in Rockford.
The flames sparked at 1646 Sandy Hollow Road around 10:00 a.m. The fire department says one person at the home was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor smoke inhalation.
Investigators say the electrical fire was sparked by a loose connection.
Damages are estimated at $1,500.
