ROCKTON (WREX) - You've probably seen "America's Got Talent" on WREX. On Sunday night, Rockton hosted its own version called "The Stateline's Got Talent."
The contest caps off a whole weekend of events to go along with the Rockton Christmas Walk. Our own Laura Gibbs and Cyndi Kahlbaum were on hand as 34 people showed off their best skills.
"It's not even because we want to win or anything. It's more or less, I just like coming out here and performing," said competitor Matthew Valenti.
The grand prize went to McKenzie Neisuis, 10, from Turning Point Dance Company. She performed a jazz dance routine. She wins a Visa gift card worth $125, and WREX will produce her audition tape for "America's Got Talent."
