BELVIDERE (WREX) - Two Rockford residents have been arrested after a three month drug investigation in Belvidere.

Joseph Corbett, 26, and Carolyn Lustre, 38, are charged with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a public park.
