CARROLL COUNTY (WREX) - A 17-year-old girl was killed in a two vehicle crash in Carroll County.
Police say Chelsea Scace, of Elizabeth, was heading south on Route 84 when she crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a vehicle driven by John Fischer, 58, of Stockton.
Scace died at the scene.
Fischer was treated by emergency crews at the scene.
